Mother's Day Tea

Several of the older classes at Coleman's school invited their moms to a tea party this morning to celebrate Mother's Day. I had a great time eating breakfast with Coleman and talking to some of the other moms. It's also fun to see Coleman interacting with his friends. But the best part was letting him eat lots of sugary treats and then leaving him with his teachers!

See that Hershey's Kiss? The promise of getting it is the only reason Coleman is smiling!

See - as a preschool mom and teacher - we know that the mother's day tea always happens at 12:30, and the mom's get to take the kids home. Ha Ha - ours is Friday. We also each make hats for our moms. I'll post pics - maybe. :)sheree

What fun....Coleman looks so cute and grown up...

I went into the dollar store today and was greeted with at least 200 kids...I should have had a good clue with a school bus parked outside..anyway...they each had $1.00 and were buying a gift for their Mother....it was fun to see the gifts they had picked out....the girls mostly had some flowers or pretty vases....the boys had birds, fish or seashells....it was amazing to see....
Hope you get lots of kisses!!!
