Merry Christmas!

"Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. 12This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." 13Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, 14"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests." Luke 2:10-14

Praise God for His perfect gift! Other gifts may be thrown in the closet and forgotten about in a week or so, or left to collect dust on a shelf. May we keep God's most precious gift of Jesus with us throughout the whole year. Talking to Him and trusting in Him each day. Never forgetting what He has done for us. Never forgetting to take Him with us wherever we go.

Yesterday afternoon we opened our family presents. Then we went to the Christmas Eve service. When we got back we ate a delicious dinner. Before bed the boys put Cinnamon Toast Crunch in the driveway for Santa's reindeer. Although we had homemade cookies, Coleman thought Santa would like Vanilla Wafers! They were gone this morning, so I guess he did! Here are some of the gifts we got this year. I'll spare you the pictures of mine and Brian's shredder and mini shop vac!

My mom made Coleman and me matching aprons since Coleman loves to help bake cookies. Coleman helped me make the cookies for the neighbors this year. I made him wash his hands really well before we started!

It's Christmas morning! Look what Santa brought us! Coleman got the Batmobile that shoots out the Batpod, and Batman and the Joker. Spence got a big truck and a monster truck.

Playing with the Batmobile. Look out Joker!

Mommy and Daddy got the boys this GeoTrax Quarry and Crane.

Nana and Poppa got Coleman this pirate ship.

Spence bouncing away on his Spider Man ball from Nana and Poppa.

Wouldn't you know it? Playing with the box!

Grandpa and Grandma, Uncle Brent and Aunt Drea, and Aunt Jeani and Uncle Lyle sent lots of cool presents.
